To participate in CIIPA's contract offerings on a non-negotiated, messenger model basis, please complete the on-line IPA Participation Agreement. Opt-into the NSLIJ Employee Plan contract offering once you join CIIPA.
PLEASE NOTE: Provider agrees to refer patients covered by the Payor Agreements in which Provider participates only to other IPA Providers that participate with that Payor, unless a service is unavailable in-system or a patient expresses a preference to use an out-of-system provider. Provider also agrees to accept referrals from other IPA Participants for patients covered by the Payor Agreements in which Provider participates.
